In 1999, I created HeartFelt Wonders. The name was created through the
material I used to make stuffed animals. Shortly after, I stopped making
animals and focused more on sketching them. In 2003, I put away the sketchpad to focus more on family affairs. But every now and then I would pull out the pencils and create sketches for family and friends. In 2006, I started getting more requests for pet sketches and decided to reopen HFW on the web. Now that it's 2010, I am going back to the beginning. I'm reinstating the stuffed animal. There will be a featured animal every month for the rest of the year. All pictures are returned with the finished product. You do not have to send me extra large pictures. I do most of my sketches off of regular photographs. I've had to send quite a few separate because they were so large and one or two have disappeared mysteriously in the mail (which makes me thankful that I make copies so I have them on file.)
